I was afraid to buy this camera because the reviews weren’t too great but finally decided, what the heck? I wouldn’t expect too much for $139 for all I would get including shipping. It was incredible though! I made movies and took pictures at 90+ feet below and never had an issue with the camera. It’s easy to operate in both photo image and video mode and did a really great job. It didn’t eat up batteries as someone had said it does but, then again, I did as recommended on the rechargables–I’d run them down thoroughly the first couple of times I used them to insure the worked to the maximum. I love this camera and would recommend highly.

Purchased this product earlier 2010 and have used it on every dive so far. It has been down to 85′ with no issues. It does use a little too much battery but you do get 4 and a charger with the package so never had an issue there either. Where my rating loses a star is on the flash. The one on the camera is a little weak for anything under 50′. If they could throw in a cheap strobe this little camera would make a lot of people a lot happier. But, its a great product for the price. Just look at the pics I uploaded and judge for yourselves. By the way, I didn’t use any special settings. I just pointed and shot on auto mode and used Google Picasa to edit the brightness and colors a little, that’s it.

This item is just for everyone who wants to take pictures and videos under water. I have used this camera at my university’s pool and I took many cool pictures and videos. The quality of pictures depends on the light but videos are always nice. I recommend this item for espacially amateur divers or swimmers…

This underwater camera has some good features but is a battery eater. The controls are easy to understand and use. The memory card will easily handle a week’s worth of vacation pics. However, I needed to change the batteries after each use. The optics are a little less precise than I had expected. May consider another camera if I would do it all over again.
