My daughter loves this toy and plays with it every day. However, the first day a bunch of the hair fell out. I called Mattel and they said that I could send it back at my expense and they would send me a check. They weren’t very helpful. We ended up keeping because it was a birthday gift, and I didn’t want to take it away from her. I will be more cautious the next time I buy her a Mattel brand toy.

This was a birthday gift for my 5 yr. old niece so I really can’t say much about it except that I know she wanted one so I wanted to make sure I got it for her. I must say that when the package arrived, it was definitely much smaller than the Barbie head I had when I was a little girl. Nonetheless, the request was made and granted by yours truly. I thought the hands were cool as that was not an option back in the day-it used to be just a head. Hopefully, she gets as much pleasure from it as I did when I was young.
